I know, I know, I have been horrible about keeping this blog updated. Once again I am sorry as we all know how crazy life can get. I attached some new photos of the nursery. It is now completed with the exception of still needing a simple changing pad for the top of the dressing/changing table combo. We also installed a video camera/monitor above her bed. We were so lucky to get this big generous gift from my dad. It is a video monitor that is so amazing. It came with a touch screen handheld monitor that is almost exactly like an iphone. It is unbelievable how high tech it is. We can zoom in on her while she is in her crib, move the camera all over the room to make sure there is no other activity going on in her room, talk to her from another room in the house, and even turn off the video portion and just use it as a monitor to listen to her. It is so awesome! We love it!

Now we are down to the final count down. This month is going to be so much fun. We have 8 weeks remaining and we are now really getting more excited than ever. It is starting to become very real that our little princess will be here very soon. Starting next week, we are going to be very busy. We are interviewing pediatricians, hoping that we find the exact one with a great personality that we are really looking for. We also are having a 4d ultrasound/video done this Tuesday at a place called Keepsake Imaging. This is normally an incredibly expensive viewing to do this far along in the pregnancy but luckily there is parent of one of the kids in my program at work that works at this office and got us an appointment for basically free! I promise I will post pictures after this appointment on Tuesday! Then on Thursday we have an appointment with our OB and this will be the last time going a month with out seeing him. We are now down to 1 appointment every 2 weeks for 4 weeks and then 1 appointment a week after that till the end. This is all moving along so quick!
Then starting in a little over a week, we will be starting our pregnancy classes. Those classes are every Wednesday night for 5 weeks. The first class we get to get a tour of the hospital we will be delivering at and also register, so when I do go into labor we can check right into the hospital and get to a room without any of the paper work hassle. These classes are going to really throw it in perspective on what we are about to go through but we are so excited to take such an intimate and in depth class together. At the end of the 5 week course, it will actually mark the last day of work for me. I am so excited that my amazing husband is allowing me to be a stay at home mom while he works extra hard to bring in the extra money. But we do both know that this will be such a great experience for our little family and will pay off to stay at home with our baby!
Everything else has been going great! I have felt pretty much amazing and still loving everything about this pregnancy. Our princess is moving like crazy! We watch her move from one part of my tummy to another. It is surreal. She is kicking, doing flips and having hiccups all the time. It is so cute. She loves more than anything when her daddy puts his hand on my tummy and rubs her. Right when his hands hits my tummy she starts to freak out. She kicks so aggressively telling her dad hi and how much she loves him (well thats what I think at least :) ). I have started to only sleep in 1 hour intervals at night as she loves playing her new game in the middle of the night. It is called, lets act like moms bladder is a bean bag and sit there and kick it all night :). So with that said I am getting out of bed constantly to rush to the bathroom. I am also experiencing some aggressive braxton hicks contractions every now and then. Very uncomfortable but tolerable as I know its just my body getting me ready for the real deal. We are also so lucky that we will be doing a Maternity photo shoot on April 1st. I can not wait to do this shoot as I have been horrible taking pictures of my belly and keeping up to date with them. This photo shoot will help highlight my pregnant belly and the love between Indy and I and our new princess. I cant wait to show everyone these photos!
So, that is the long blog I have been meaning to post for quite some time now. I have caught you all up on everything going on and will try my hardest to keep this blog updated every week or 2 for the last stretch of this pregnancy. Love you all!!!!
